Globaladvocaten is delighted to announce that UK law firm, Field Seymour Parkes has joined the network.

Field Seymour Parkes is a full-service law firm offering a comprehensive range of corporate, property and private legal services to businesses and individuals. The origins of Field Seymour Parkes go back over 135 years although in its current form the firm came into being in 1987 through a merger of three long established businesses.

It has one single site office in central Reading in the heart of the Thames Valley, just 40 minutes by road from Heathrow and 30 minutes by train to London. From this office its employs 75 lawyers experienced in delivering a wide range of legal services from advising on multi-million pound company sales to wills, property and disputes through the courts.

The firm has strong commercial property team to rival the leading City firms, a corporate team experienced with large and complex transactions, established private equity and finance practitioners and an in-house tax and pension expertise.
