Globaladvocaten is delighted to announce that Céline DEFAY has joined the employment and social law department of Luxembourg member firm KLEYR | GRASSO as Counsel.
After joining the Luxembourg Bar in 2006, she worked at the law firm Castegnaro for 11 years and became head of the firm’s employment litigation practice.
Céline advises her clients on matters relating to employment law litigation, employment contracts, redundancies, settlement agreements, workplace harassment and discrimination, and verifies the companies’ compliance with Luxembourg employment law regulations.
